Mute.Club is a charging dock and an app. The dock goes to their homes, the phone lives on it after work, and the app counts the hours. Nothing is blocked and nothing is monitored.
The phone goes on the dock. There's nothing else to remember.
Phones are designed by very good engineers to be hard to put down, and they come home with everyone on your team. That is not a discipline problem, and an app nobody remembers to open has never fixed it.
The dock is already in the hall, plugged in. It charges the phone at 15 W, shows one LED, and sends no notifications of its own. What it does beyond that is count the hours — which is the only number anyone here needs.
You will be able to see whether it worked.
A team total, and nothing under it — never which apps, never which sites, never one person's evening. The team view is in design, and the first batch shapes it.
